No fuzzy logic here
Once I got past the confusing booklet of instructions, the Panasonic SR-NA18 was easy to use. This is a good product with a really bad info booklet.

Yes, finally good brown rice
Love this thing. I used to hate cooking brown rice. I love doing it now! I set it up in the am before work and when I get home I have hot brown rice waiting for dinner.
