Works Well So Far
Have owned this rice cooker approximately three months. So far I have found it easy to use (this is my first one) and the results have always been very good.

Unpleasant product and bad service experience
I bought this product seven months ago. After two months, it did not work. I sent it to Panasonic Repair Center. Then I end it up to deal with Panasonic’s bad service.

Fantastic
We’ve used this product a few times on various grains (most of which aren’t listed in the manual) and every time, the food comes out perfect.

Very pleased with the rice cooker
This is the third rice cooker I have owned. I never knew that the rice cooker could make that much difference, but it does! The rice tastes much better!

You’ll Never Use Minute Rice Again!
I hate cooking rice. No matter how hard I try I always under or overcook it. Boil overs on the stove or microwave drove me nuts.

I bought this rice cooker to replace a 20 year old National rice cooker. Since Panasonic bought out National I had hoped that this would be of comparable quality but am not…

Wow an electric Rice cooker/Steamer that won’t burn the rice.
My wife was born and raised in Japan so if anyone knows good rice it’s her. I bought this for her and she has been so impressed. She loves the warmer function.

Great Rice Maker
This is a great machine. Brown rice is why I bought this machine, and it has been perfect every time.

Best rice I’ve ever made
I have used an older rice cooker for years (>15-20), the kind with just an on/off/warm switch that pops up to the warm position when the rice is done.

How did I live without this!
This cooker is awesome! I don’t know how I ever lived without it and don’t ever want to! So far I have only used the rice cooking and steaming functions both work great.
