So far it is not a bad product. The only negative side is it takes more than 30 minutes to cook 10 cups rice. It is much longer than the one I used to use.

Not recommended
The non-stick coating last only for 2 months or so. Once you start cooking brown rice in it, the coating starts to wear off.

Very Poor at Holding Warm Rice
Whenever we cook rice in this Rival RC101 Rice Cooker and attempt to leave it in the rice cooker overnight on “WARM”, the next morning the rice has completely disintegrated.
