Great Product
When I recived my Zojirushi NS-TGC10 Micom 5-1/2-cup Rice Cooker and Warmer in Stainles Steel it was like night and day between Zoujirushi and my old rice cooker.

Not as great as expected
I bought this product based on all the great reviews. I haven’t been impressed with the rice – quick or standard cooked white rice.

NOT Stainless Steel
The cooking pot of this unit is NOT stainless steel. The “stainless steel” mentioned in the description is of the OUTER cladding.

Easy easy easy
It’s easy to use, easy to clean, and easy on the eyes. I never have time to just sit and watch or stir my food. I wanted an easy way to cook rice.
