Excellence!
This rice cooker made beautiful, delicious rice the very first time I used it. Having lived in Japan for four years, I know what rice should be like. It was perfect.

Excellent Product
As I expected from a Zojirushi this is the best rice cooker I have used. Rice comes out perfect every time (as long as you put the correct amount of water in.

As I expected
I always cook rice and most of it would end up at the bottom of the pot sticking to it. THerefore, I would always waste rice. This product is great.

Very Good Product
I bought the cooker in Jan 09 and use it at least 3 times a week. I use the Indian rice water ratio 1/1/2 to 1 and it comes out perfect every time.

Great product, but has a learning curve
I bought this cooker/steamer several months ago, and my wife and I are really enjoying it. As other reviewers have said, you have to rinse your rice VERY well before cooking it…
